For three days straight, big smiles and warm sunshine flowed through Ever After Music Festival. A true celebration of bass music, as thousands gathered at Bingemans in Kitchener, Ontario for one of the craziest bass-heavy lineups Canada has ever seen!
Returning for its 4th year, Ever After 2018 was headlined by Canadian bass pioneer Excision with support from Flux Pavilion, Illenium, Borgore, Delta Heavy, Slander, Snails, Kill The Noise, Kayzo + many more! A highlight for almost all concert attendees was the infamous (and rare) Spacelaces B2B Downink set, as well as a special B3B set by 12th Planet + Virtual Riot + Cookie Monsta. Our favorite set of the weekend had to be Zomboy B2B Skism, the energy was unmatched by any other performance!
Although Kitchener city council placed some unfair restrictions on sound this year, the event was deemed an overall hit by EDM lovers and only received 6 noise complaints total. Louder music would have been appreciated by fans but the Ever After team did an excellent job at maintaining and following through with the high level of experience that everyone expected from the organizers.
Huge thanks to the EA team for having us out for our fourth year straight. The CS photo album is on the way!
